Plug into a miniature light string (per instructions on back of box) - Lights inside the store glow constantly. In one window, the ballerina twirls and the nutcracker turns from left to right. In the second window, a delighted Santa rocks back and forth while a jack-in-the-box jumps up and down. Connector cord is included. Instruction sheet is missing . Has been tested and works.
