HALLMARK COLLECTOR'S KEEPSAKE 1994 THE BEATLES ORNAMENTDear Ebayers,Welcome to my auction of Hallmark Collector's Keepsake 1994 The Beatles Ornament. This collection consists of 5 (five) pieces. You will receive Paul, George, John, Ringo and his drums! This set originally came with a stand but does not come with this auction, only the five above named pieces.My Dad had a store which closed. These ornaments were used for display purposes only, and were never owned for anyones personal tree. Here is a little history about these ornaments which I am sure you will find amusing. In February, of 1964 The Beatles came to America and appeared live on the Ed Sullivan Show. Millions of viewers tuned in to see them make their first appearance on the show. My Dad was one of them, and could not get over the type of music, or the girls who were screaming and fainting for them as they sang.Back in 1994 Hallmark came out with these Beatle Ornaments and my Dad purchased some, but kept one for display purposes. He put the Beatles out every year realizing that this was actually a special moment in American Cultural History. The Baby Boomers would always come in his store and see these ornaments on display on a tiny tree in a cabinet. Conversations would always start saying when you heard the Beatles sing for the first time on the Ed Sullivan Show where
