This ornament was available for purchase by KOC club members in 1996 and would make a nice addition to any Wizard of Oz collection or as a gift for the fan on your list. The ornament features the Great Oz in his balloon. The ornament is packaged as original and has not been removed from the box. It has also been stored in the outer box that I got the ornament in. The ornament box is in great condition.
