This is a beautiful 19th century tea strainer, beautifully crafted with a parcel gilt pierced silver bowl and ivory handle. This item is finely crafted with a very attractive ornate floral design. This serving piece is hallmarked and probably originates from continental Europe. The ivory handle is made from antique elephant ivory; this item was legally imported to the US. We regret that we cannot sell or ship this item outside of the United States. Measures 8 7/8" long; bowl is 2 7/8" in diameter. Total weight of 1.2 troy oz. In overall excellent condition. Free shipping in continental US.
