Up for auction is a mid-century Hallowell industrial utility chair or stool. It's back rest and seat are made of laminated
wood that is a warm golden maple color. The frame is steel and has been painted with an interesting wash paint. See close-up photos. The paint has swirls in it w it was thin and thick in areas. The bottom has "82" written on it and the company name branded into the bottom of the chair. The feet have been rolled under for better support. I suspect it was done to strengthen them. Height (top of back rest): 34" Seat: 21-1/4" off the ground Seat width: 16" wide The shipping calculator may not be correct. Ill be happy to get you an accurate quote if you send your zipcode.
