Hamilton Beach No. 33 Drink Mixer - Milk Shake Maker Green / Clean / Ready for Ice Cream Up for auction is a wonderful example of the classic Hamilton Beach No. 33 mixer / milk shake / ice cream based drink maker. This item is fully operational, slip the cup into the metal guides and the motor turns on as expected, toggle switch at back changes motor speed from regular to high speed. The floating mixer blades are present and function as expected. This unit comes with the old style, two prong plug; plug and cord are free of any excessive wear or defects.Cosmetically, this unit is in excellent shape. Chrome motor housing at top exhibits a few very small surface scratches but considering the age of the appliance, + - 60 years, it shined up very nicely. The enamel surface of the stand has two tiny ( I am talking the size of a straight pin - pin prick ) flaws, one near the motor assembly and one just above the lower cup guide. These flaws may in fact have come from the factory, otherwise, the enamel and the jadeite coloring is in great shape. Four rubber feet at underside of base are present and mixer sits evenly on counter top.The only flaw of note is that the motor housing is missing one plastic cap that would normally fit over one of the screws that helps secure the motor to the housing.
