HAMMER BRAND ~ NEW YORK KNIFE CO. FANCY BOLSTER ~ PEARL ~ SENATOR ~ PEN ~ c.1878 - c.1932 ~ This rare vintage HAMMER BRAND SENATOR pen knife has fancy wide nickel bolsters and a nickel lining. The handles of this old folding knife are made of beautiful pearl and are in great condition with one tiny nick on the rear handle by the top bolster. The HAMMER BRAND pocket knife has one spear and one pen blade. The blades are in used condition with some pitting, scratches and blade loss. The main spear blade is stamped HAMMER BRAND with the image of an arm and hammer. The pen blade is not stamped. T are no numbers on this knife. Both blade still have a snap.
