Sparkling clean Hammered Aluminum Guardian Glass covered roasting pan. 12.5" long, without handles, 10" wide and 4" deep (just the metal pan). Interior is very clean, few minor scratches, outside typical roasting pan colored. No cracks, level flat bottom, no chips, nicks in glass cover. Very nice piece. UPS ground is the shipping method, which requires a STREET address , UPS does not ship to PO address. USA only. ARC or UNCORRECTED PROOF & WHAT MAKES THEM DESIRABLE?Uncorrected Proof - Generally a softcover copy of a book, printed in advance of publication of the first edition. Generally characterized by plain coarse paper covers, with printed text only, often including proposed publication date, price, etc. Advance Reading Copy - Generally a softcover copy, also printed in advance of publication, but a more elaborate production than an uncorrected proof. Typical features include glossy, often illustrated covers (typically reproducing the art to be used on the dust jacket of the printed book), more finished typesetting and pagination (including typeset page numbers, which only sometimes appear in the uncorrected proofs). Generally has publication date, proposed price of the hardcover edition, size of the first printing and other information on the rear cover (often includes mention of promotional efforts the author or publisher is making: author tour, advertising budget, etc.) They are the "first" of the "first". They are released prior to the first edition of a book. Collector's like them for a variety of reasons, if they collect one author's books completely, sometimes they like to have the advance copy of a published book to "complete" their collection as much as they can. Some book collectors see them as investments, especially the "debut" or first book published by an author. If that author "hits" , either with that particular book or the next, the advance copy becomes much more valuable. Imagine having an ARC of the first Harry Potter book before it became astoundingly popular, or a Hemingway, or Steinbeck. Every author, whether well known now or in later years, has at one time had a first book. May be soiled, scuffed, stained, or spotted, and may have loose joints, hinges, pages, etc. EX-LIBRARY : (X-lib) Will always be designated as such no matter what the condition of the book. BOOK CLUB : (BC) Will always be noted as such no matter what the condition of the book.
