Up for auction is a set of 5 copper measuring cups or pans with brass handles. They are a vintage example of European craftsmanship and are in very good condition. Although this is clearly a matched set of measuring cups, only the largest is marked, "Made in France" and also with the words, "Havard - Villedieu" which is the French manufacturer. Each cup has a pour spout and a hammered bottom. They range in size from 2 inches in diameter by 1 inch high for the smallest, to 3-inches in diameter by 1 3/4 inch high for the largest, with approximately 1/4, 1/3, 1/2, 3/4, 1-cup measures.
