this vase is beautiful- it is in excellent condition. it was purchased in 1980 in an antique gallery in corning, ny. i am also listing several other art glass vases for auction (must down size to move to a smaller home). the vase stands 6" and it is 3" wide at the top (not quite the widest point, the vase curves out slightly towards the bottom half). it has an iredescent sheen over a pale green color background and the swirls are dark violet. the vase, i believe, is stueben. although it is unmarked, t is very even wear on the underside of the base ( telltale sign of age in old glass). t is also a polished pontil on base. good luck bidding and i'm happy to combine shipping. happy holidays
