The pattern was made using a complex Italian technique with glass canes (thin rods of colored glass). First I made the canes - then I made the bowl. The bowl will hang on your wall - just like a picture - all you need is a secure picture hook. Or you can use it as a low table platter. See close ups below.This work is in perfect condition and has no chips, cracks or any structural defects. This piece is very stable and will not wobble at all.
