From the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, this Uncle Sam is hand carved by the seller. I am a self-taught carver, and have been carving since 1988. Each carving is from basswood. These are original works, hand carved from wood; they are not molds . They are painted with acrylic paints, (usually) antiqued, and sealed. They are all dated and signed. This carved Uncle Sam will be an excellent addition to your collection or to use as a gift for that very special need. This Uncle Sam is 9âe tall, and has a red, white and blue top hat and holds a carved Betsy Ross 13 star flag.
