Fabulous vintage hand-carved wooden picture frame, Mexican in origin. Wood appears to be pine, and frame has a mortise and tenon construction with metal . Carvings are beautifully done and in deep relief. Measures 9.5" wide x 11.5" tall x 1 1/8" overall depth. Inner opening size for glass (including the rim) is 5 1/8" x 7 1/16"; picture sight size is 4 3/8" x 6 3/8". Lots of dust in all of the crevices, great patina to the finish. In excellent condition.
