This particular piece is from an estate sale. glass blowers, one can plainly see the spirals and imagine the hot glass being spun at the end of the glass blower's pipe. A lovely accent piece for a curio cabinet or as a beautiful addition to an existing glass collection. Measurements are: Top 2 3/4" Base 3 3/4" Height 10". THIS IS DECO ART I WAS TOLD THE BISCHOFF IE A W.VIRGINIA COMPANY FROM THE 1960S I AM SORRY FOR THE MISSED INFORMATION.
