is a group of tiles made by hand at Blackbird Pottery, from older images. The images are raised up, very textural. You can arrange any way you like for a mural horizontally or vertically. I like to grout with black, but t are lots of other choices. The larger tiles each measure 4" x 4" and the smaller tiles are approximately 2" x 2". These tiles have a rich turquoise and cobalt glazes and they are glossy, so very easy to wash. They might be nice behind a kitchen or bathroom sink or tub. I'm also listing a much smaller mural out of the same kiln-load, so they all go together very well. The small border tiles have an opalescent quality to them, all varying slightly - which is exactly why I like handmade tiles. My tiles are featured in Episode 513 of HGTV - a complete bathroom installation in cobalt and turquoise.
