You are bidding on a set of SIX of my hand painted 54 mm Confederate soldiers depicting the 28th North Carolina Regiment in action during the Battle Of Chancellorsville ! A very proud North Carolina regiment that fought in every major battle in the East from 2nd Manasssas until the end of the War, sustaining many casualties at Chancellorsville, Gettysburg and Frazier's Farm. These six Accurate, Imex and Marx (recast) figures come in six different poses which I hand painted to look as they do in the photos. The poses include the officer who has just been wounded and is seen dropping his revolver, one advancing figure in a kepi, and FOUR DIFFERENTLY POSED charging soldiers as they might have appeared during rout that took place during this most famous victory for Stonewall Jackson and Robert E. Lee!I've hand painted these realistic looking figures in typical Confederate dress, with the figures dressed in a smattering of gray, sky blue and butternut! I also hand painted their equipment and weapons to add to their realistic appearance! This highly detailed group would make an interesting looking display in most anyone's Civil War display or 54mm toy soldier collection!! Ebay's new regulations categorize items such as this one as "used" as it's not sealed in it's original box, but it is like "new" and only removed from it's packaging read more
