The honey pot looks like a real bee hive with (2) small bees on the base and (1) large bee on the lid. Yellow and green flowers also adorn the front and back of the base. The pattern is raised like Majolica style. The bottom is marked Marutomoware (T) Hand Painted Japan. The honey pot is in very good condition. T are some tiny chips under the lid, which are unnoticeable when the cover is on and some slight paint wear on the wings of the bee on the cover. 4-1/2" Height - 3" diameter (across top of jar) - 3-7/8" diameter (across bottom of jar) Your items will arrive clean from a smoke free home.
