Product Description .As I believe the back of this plate indicates it was made in 1938. I am unsure of the origin, but since it was part of my late Grandmother's Estate, I can only assume that it is German in origin. The gold trim and all the intricate hand painting of flowers and such make this a terrific addition to your cupboard or hutch as a display plate. It measures 9 1/2" around by 1" deep.
