Felicity ~ 1774 "Meet the American Girls" series by Cami's Cuties This listing is for a 2" wooden peg doll hand-painted to look like the historical American Girl character Felicity in her original rose garden meet dress (1991-2005). She will arrive wrapped in pink tissue paper tied with a bow. See the pictures below for photographs of the "Meet the American Girls" and "Girl of the Year" series in miniature. However, this auction is for the Felicity peg doll only. About Cami's Cuties The American Girl doll collection comes alive in this one-of-a-kind series of wooden peg dolls. I am a longtime collector of American Girl dolls and began this project in June. While studying old catalogs, I recreated each American Girl character in miniature. The dolls are 2" tall and were painted with acrylic paints before being sealed with a glaze. This has truly been a labor of love for me. It took hours to paint each doll and sometimes I had to start over -- I painted three Nellies before settling on one! Every single historical character and girl of the year doll is represented, including two Felicity dolls because she was relaunched in 2005 with a new meet outfit. Please keep in mind that I am in no way affiliated with American Girl or any doll company. I simply love American Girl dolls and I enjoy creating their likenesses in miniature. Please read more
