Absolutely Gorgeous Philip Heath Original Porcelain and Cloth Doll marked on back of neck Katy by Philip Heath. Hand signed on bottom Philip Heath Dec 1st 1990 Best Wishes. Looks like 1970 but it is 1990. Comes with hand signed note on Heath Designs Stationary that she is #13 of 30. She measures 20" tall and has lovely short brown hair with a slight reddish tint, with large brown eyes and light brown freckles. She is wearing a lovely pink dress with waist level bow and it is tagged Christine Heath. And as with most of his dolls she is barefoot. Her eyelashes could use a brush, otherwise she is excellent.
