Handcuffs and Collar yokeemail: The cuff collar adjusts from 11 to 15 inches in circumference. It should fit most women and smaller men. These are the largest diameter swing through cuffs being produced. This item is a very high quality neck restraint adapted from a product made by a world class handcuff manufacturer. Made to the same standards as the very best police handcuffs and leg irons, this collar will last a life time. It has a double locking feature that makes the collar more secure and prevents over tightening. Comes with one standard police handcuff key. Can be opened by most standard handcuff keys. The collar is fixed to an aluminum rod that is three feet long. Standard handcuffs are at each end. A very unusual arrangement. All fixtures are one inch steel welded rings.
