Bean Cobb Handcuff I am not sure of the age of these particular handcuffs. I have researched as much as possible and they appear to be more 1899 than 1930 because of the appearance of the locks themselves. They do also fit the description of the weight which is 13 ounces. The newer versions only weighed in at 12 ounces. They are very rusty and the key is missing but they are still highly collectible. Please email with any questions you may have.
