This saddle says "The Round up" Paso Robles Ca.
I beleive this to be a Don Moe saddle however since he has closed down his shop and retired I have not been able to confirm that. It is the quality and type of tooling that leads me to that beleaf.
The tooling is first rate and deeply carved
The saddle is in fantastic shape as you can see from the pictures
I have ridden it on a number of horses and it fits really good to different types as well as being a really comfortable saddle.
Features 15.5 quilted seat roper cantle round skits inskirt rigging full double weight 35# lenght 29" Gullet 8" Q.H. Horn height 3" cap 3 3/4 stirrups 5" fully carved sheep skin great shape
The Leather is soft and supple and is a Harmon Oak, everything about this saddle is first class.
there is a small abrasion at the front of the quilted seat that is shown in one of the pictures, this will not effect the saddle at all. If you require more pictures send me your email and let me know what it is you would like to see.
This saddle is antique, vintage, used and there for "as is" and no returns I would recomend that any used saddle be checked out by a saddle smith before ridding in
Thanks for looking
