This is a pair of new handmade steel spurs. They are double mounted with engraved german silver and were made by Don Pierce. They are marked with PIERCE and his trademark longhorn. Don is a bit and spur maker from Golden, Colorado. He is listed in " Old Cowboy Saddles & Spurs " by Gretchen & Mike Graham. Don learned spur making from Gene Rogers in Golden, Colorado. Don has been making bits and spurs since 2001. These would be nice using spurs or you could add them to your collection. He does really nice work and his spurs are sought after by cowboys and collectors alike. They have a 3" heel openings, 15/16" heel bands, 2 1/4" shanks, 14 point rowels and the rowels are 2" in diameter. We also have a matching Pierce bit listed.
