I purchased this beautiful handmade quilt from a lady in Pennsylvania who told me she "lived to quilt". I used it for about a year as a decoration on a denim bedspread folded at the foot of the bed then packed it away. It shows no wear or broken threads that I could find. This quilt is made of cotton fabric with light weight batting. The overall size is 62" X 88" and the blocks are 8" square. The center of each block is burgundy bordered on one side by blue, pink and burgundy flowers on a cream background and bordered on the opposite side with shades of blue patterned fabric. T is a green tree of life on a cream background pieced on all four corners. The whole quilt is bordered with burgundy leaf patterned fabric with a strip of dark green patterned fabric inset about 3" from the body of the quilt. The backing is covered with the same leaf patterned burgundy fabric. PayPal is the only method of payment I accept. This item will be insured and shipped by the USPS by Priority Mail. I do not ship outside the United States .
