Handmade Tonkin Cane Presidential Fly-Rod Blank Fountain Pen Black Titanium Hardware ! This is a Handmade Fountain Pen made from a Presidential Grade Tonkin Cane Bamboo Spey Rod Blank! This pen is made from a blank I started making almost 2 years ago that I had problems with the finish & set aside. I just recently found it, & noticed it had some water damage & mild spalting from its TDS( temporarily dislocation syndrome), so I decided to refinish it "As is", with its vintage flyrod appearance? So you can be assured this is a "1 of A Kind Pen"! This pen has 8 layers of Ca Glue to create a Very Durable natural finish, & then I slow speed buffed this pen thru a 3-step polishing process, & then I applied 2 layers of a hand-rubbed museum wax for a final sealer over the whole pen! This pen has Very Durable & Very High Quality Black Titanium Hardware & utilizes a very smooth writing German Fine Point 2 Tone Gold Plated Iridium Nib! This pen comes with a black cartridge & an ink converter, for those who prefer their own ink! This pen is great for everyday use or would make a great "Unique and 1 of a Kind" gift!
