Handmade Wood Pen Segmented Wood "Annie" Unique Design 24 Kt Gold W@W! Having becoming unemployed and hitting 61 at the same time, I've decided to make the best of it and do something I love to do, work with wood. These pens are handcrafted by myself and the wife and I must say Thank God we have the opportunity and freedom in this country to start a new adventure. This is one of our best selling styles that was designed by one of the real innovators of the craft and I personally really like the look and feel of this pen. This pen is made an Exceptional piece of Curly Maple & Cocobolo with a lot of grain & shade contrast and is a real look at me type pen. Each pen starts out as a small block of wood which we prep and turn down to a barrel on our turning lathe. Once satisfied with the shape we go thru 6 steps of sanding in preparation for the finish and wax. The end result is a one of a kind,unique pen, with 24Kt Gold plated Fixtures and a cross refill, that we hope will make a great gift or prize possession for years to come.
