Handmade Solid Pine Organizer with Shelf, Lidded Compartment, Storage for 3 pairs of Eyewear, and 2 Key Hooks Have you ever wished that you had a place to put all of your daily-carry items that would also be very pleasing to the eye? Are your glasses, sunglasses, cell phone, wallet, keys, etc. just taking up space on tables, counters, desks, and dressers? If so, read on! Up for auction is a solid wood organizer like no other. I should know because I designed and built it! This fine home furnishing is made of only quality materials. Each one is handmade of ¾âe solid pine and features a top shelf and lidded accessory storage compartment below, storage for 3 pairs of eyeglasses/ sunglasses, antique style nails, hand-cut nails for lid pivots, and 2 wrought iron Amish-made key hooks. Each finished piece is unique and has its own character, unlike a lot of things made today. Built to stand up to the rigors of daily use! I designed this organizer for me. It was so good I decided I was on to something! It is designed to hold all of your standard daily-carry items. It can hold a cell phone, wallet, 2 sets of keys, 3 pairs of eyeglasses/ sunglasses, plus has a lidded compartment for storing everything else! The style is clearly Amish inspired, though I am not Amish. Amish-style is cool! It looks a little like a saltbox. I hope you will agree that it is a winning design! It has organized my life and can do the same for you. Each one measures 18âe x 10 ¾âe x 7 ½ and weighs almost 6 lbs. The finish is Early American Stain, Satin sheen. It is a snap to hang thanks to the upside down key hole I drilled in the back. Simply sink a strong nail into a stud (or use a wall anchor if a stud is not conveniently located) with ¾âe of fastener sticking out of wall and hang. Very easy! Custom Orders Need more than one (one for him and one for her)? Want a different finish? I offer natural, cherry, walnut, ebony, and early American finishes! How about one made of a different wood like oak or poplar? I can also make dimensional alterations. Please contact me for prices. Policies Trust my feedback! Your Satisfaction is guaranteed (returns accepted within 7 days)! Please note I only accept Paypal. Please pay for item within 3 days of auction close. All items ship by USPS Parcel Post and come with Free Shipping in the U.S. ONLY. Thanks for looking! Building Methods I start by hand selecting the wood. After cutting out the components I use a router (free hand) to cut and shape the eyeglass holes. Then using premium wood glue and trim nails I assemble each piece. I then hand sand and rasp all edges to round them. Some of the tool marks are left to add character. I fill all nail holes with wood putty so no fasteners are left showing. After final sanding, I carefully clean, stain, and seal each piece (again by hand). Finally, all hardware is fitted and attached and the lid pivots are drilled and seated.
