Welcome! Up for auction is this 1973 Jim Beam handled genie bottle, painted in the 1st season design of I Dream of Jeannie with an antiqueing green wash. It is completely hand painted; no stencils, stickers, or paint pens were used in its creation. The bottle was carefully primed, painted black, and the designs are rendered with high quality gold enamel paint. The green wash is applied mostly in the major joints of the bottle, w it would be likely that a 2,000 year old bottle would experience some wear and tear. The bottle is then sealed with a satin, low- gloss finish to preserve its old, antique feel. I have provided photos of the bottles from all angles so that the design work can be seen all around the bottle, as well as an outside photo; the effect of the wash fluctuates in different lighting. The washers on the stopper are original, but I have recorked it. US bidders only, please! Paypal is preferred, but US Postal money orders are acceptable as well. NO CHECKS. Payment is required within 5 days of the auction's end, or I will relist the bottle and leave appropriate feedback. Shipping and handling is $12.00 for US Postal Priority Mail, including insurance and delivery confirmation(someone must sign for the bottle when it arrives). I am the artist of this bottle- feel free to email me with any questions that you might have.
