GermanyIt has something sripped on the back maybe when it was fired, I have not tried to remove itThe front of the plate is a beautiful green background with pink, white and yellow flowers, the edge is trimmed in gold guildNo breaks or cracks that I can seeMeasures 13-1/2" across We try to describe each piece in detail, including any flaws or damage.
