Here is a Gorgeous handpainted ENAMELWARE JUG with HANDLE. This huge jug would have been used to hold water for washing or bathing in the olden days. I have used it for big bouquets of flowers. Makes a great impact that way. The jug is covered with White enamel overall then handpainted Floral design wrapping around the body. Blue pin-stripeing here and there. Handle is large and solidly riveted onto jug. This is one of the prettiest Enamelware items I have seen. The original handpainting is exceptional. A special addition to a Enamelware Collection. SIZE: 9" tall X 9" wide (with handle) 7" body (not counting handle) Top diameter is 5 3/4" CONDITION: Very good. Sits flat. Artwork is excellent, No dents, breaks, Handle is tight and straight. 5 very tiny rust dots seen (in photos) HALLMARK: The blue bear stamp on the bottom.
