Made of beautiful Mexican Talavera pottery this hanging monkey sculpture will add charm to your home decor. The monkey measures 13 1/2" high, 6 3/4" wide (at swing bar), and 4 1/2" deep (front to back). The monkey comes with a chain and is designed to hang from the ceiling. Talavera is a glazed pottery produced in Mexico, mostly in the region of Puebla (due to the quality of clay in that region). Talavera is the oldest tin glazed ceramic in the Americas. It is still manufactured using the same techniques as in the 16th century.
