This auction is for the wonderful "Hansel and Gretel" Fine China collectors plate. It is the fourth plate in the collection of six "Classic Fairy Tales" created by Gerda Neubacher made in a siring schedule shortly limited to fifty days. Included with the plate is the original booklet that has the Grimm Brothers story of Hansel and Gretel in both English and German. The front cover of the book is the Certificate of Authenticity with the hand written plate number and hand signature from the Managing Director.This plate is No. A-5627 Bradex No 22-K.4-5.4The diameter is approx. 7.5 inches wide.The writing on the back of the plate is in German. The COA is written in English.On the back are 2 holes for the wire to hang on a wall.The plate comes stored in 2 boxes and foam. These boxes are in excellent condition.
