This is a used Happ Controls turbo speed shifter. Should be the same as Happ part number 50-8017-00. This is a two speed shifter. It has a center detent. The speeds are actuated by two micro switches. The micro switches are damaged. One may work, the other has a broken tab. I would say they both need to be replaced.
