A Wonderful original period signed Harden deep arm rocker . This is a early 1900 chair with the early period Red label. The label reads The harden Furniture Company, Camden, New York. This chair was made at Factory #2 order #510 and for the Cushman Furniture Co. I don't know if the Cushman Co. put their label over Harden's and then sold them in their store? The chair is 38" tall and 27.5" to the outside of the arms (left to right) and 32" front to back. The chair has the original seat (leather Has been replaced with excellent quality material) The finish is original and in great shape as well as the rockers, T is a old spot on the left arm (see photos)This looks like the mortis for the under arm cane piece was drilled too deep, This is not a large spot and can be filled very easy. The cane on the back and the left arm have been replaced and look great (this was professionaly done) It weights 40lbs, I will pack this rocker or take this to any local shipper in my area (I'm 40 miles west of Washington, D.C.) Local pick-up is a good thing!! I heard that Greyhound is a good way and also , I have used these people and had very good service. Please ask all questions and I will be happy to answer and to help.
