I will not and cannot be responsible for breakage so , please buy insurance. If the item is damaged in shipping buyer must email us and i will file claim with DHL. DHL does cover claims you can see from my feedback that some people actually got PAID by DHL and its in mention in the feedback.

Failure by the purchaser to report any claims for breakage and/or damage within 3 days shall cause the purchaser to waive the claims.
