( **FREE SHIPPING** (to US states only) Folks, what we have here is a Harley Davidson Motorcycle backpack by SAC. Not being a member of the Two-Wheeler Society I can only guess how you use this. However, the owner said it fits over the back of the seat and then straps down. Makes sense. I believe it is complete but I don't know if any straps are suppose to come with it or not. I looked it up on the Internet and it is quite expensive new so I figure you can spring for a few straps to make it tight on your Hog. It is almost new, the woman who sold it to me said her husband bought it but as far as she knew he never used it. She didn't really want to talk about it so I think he cranked up and took off....without his bag. Anyhow, it measures 23" x 20" x 12" more or less. It is empty at the moment so I figure when you get your goodies in it it is going to expand out.
