2 VOLUME HARRIS STANDARD WORLD STAMP ALBUM LOADED WITH OVER 4700STAMPS A Great Starter Album for a Beginning Stamp Collector I am selling this 2 Volume Harris Standard World Stamp Album from my father’s estate. He started collecting stamps in 1976 and did so until 1988. I think he purchased the basic album preloaded with older issues from a dealer and then added to that original collection until his health prevented him from moving forward. This auction is for the 2 album volumes and all of the stamps. I scanned every stamp in the album and have the scans compiled in 30 PDF documents on the following website: https:///site/harrisstandardworld/ Please take the time to review the scans before bidding. The collection is being sold as-is and it is up to you to determine the value of the collection. The physical album pages are in good condition and the outer binding is in very good condition. This is a massive set that I have double boxed for shipment and it weighs in at a hefty 22 pounds. The pages are double sided and I scanned 736 sides. I didn’t count all of the pages but I would estimate that there are approximately 1200 sides total in the two volumes. The album was probably manufactured for sale in 1980 as the latest stamp issues are 1979. I do not see evidence of any supplements being added. There are no US pages in the album. Most stamps are cancelled and secured with hinges, however, there is a nice assortment of unhinged mint stamps in assorted mounts. Shipment will be via USPS Media mail and I will ship to the US only. If you live in the area of Mount Laurel , NJ you can pick up the albums and save on shipping.
