Mid-Century Modern Artform Vase Collectible | Eames Era | Israeli Pottery | 50 This offer is for a mid-century modern artform vase which was made in Harsa, Israel. This vase so wonderfully represents Mid-Century Modern, it is handpainted and unglazed (the mouth and inside are glazed for water retention). The vase is in good condition, t are some flaws in the original glaze used (see photos). The vase is not cracked, chipped or damaged in any way. The bottom is marked Handpainted in Harsa, Israel and is numbered. The letters on the bottom - SSY - is this the artists' initials. I do not know. The vase measures 10" in diameter at the widest part, and stands 11" high. The bottom base measures 4.75" in diameter and the top opening measures 3.75" in diameter. The colors shown in my photos are quite accurate. I have had this vase on display in my home and it is an attention getter. It would make an excellent addition to your collection ! I have been informed that the number 50 on the vase is the number of the mold this vase was cast from. See More Eames Era Items! Visit My Store!
