It includes the ears (still in plastic bag) and GigE uplink port (see pictures).The HN4000 is an innovative Ethernet in the First Mile (EFM) product that extends the reach of native Ethernet services to businesses without access to fiber. HN4000 switches deliver managed symmetrical bandwidth and services at rates up to 45 Mbps over existing copper pairs utilizing standards‐based 2BASE‐TL technology. High‐margin Ethernet services can be delivered over any voice‐grade copper at full carrier serving area (CSA) distances and beyond.Packaged in a high‐density 1RU "pizza box," the HN4000 is purpose‐built for deployment throughout the access network ‐ in a central office (CO), controlled environmental vault (CEV), or remote terminal (RT). The front‐accessible platform is standards‐based, temperature‐hardened, highly resilient and scalable. The HN4000 supports an industry leading density of 40 pairs of 2BASE‐TL (IEEE 802.3ah standard for Ethernet transport over G.SHDSL and Extended‐Rate SHDSL (E‐SHDSL) in the HN4000, enabling carriers to aggressively target bandwidth‐hungry businesses without the capital and operational burden associated with larger chassis‐based systems.The read more
