This may be a one of a kind item Gosh knows that many of these menus were not saved. A dinner put on by Coca Cola the chain drug stores. A dinner dance with good food and a very early item. Almost new condition. Paypal payments. Do to eBay payment changes, am no longer permitted to take other methods. Complain to eBay. Shipping and handling is $3.95 in the US. I ship one day a week, generally, Monday. Payment needs to be received by noon on Sunday to make Monday's shipping. I have over 8,000 happy transactions with 99.9% positive feedback.
