Haviland & Co. Turkey Oyster Plate, Limoges, FR, C. 1890- we have a super "turkey pattern" oyster plate. This 8 1/2 inch plate was manufactured by Haviland & Co. for Davis/Collamore Importers prior to 1891 and bears their mark. Although it doesn't bear the H&Co. mark, doesn't mean that it wasn't produced by them. This is an antique plate, as are all of our oyster plates we are selling this week. They come from a private collection in MD w they have been for more than 40 years. Good luck bidding as this is a no reserve auction and all sales are final. T are no chips or cracks on the plate, although some of the gilding has worn thin as seen in the photo. T is also a small firing blemish on the bottom of one of the edges...it to can be seen in the photo's.
