L HAVILAND DESSERT SERVICE Based on the mark on the underside of each piece, I believe the set was manufactured in the late 1800's. In addition to the H & Co mark in a forest green, each piece carries an additonal mark: Fabrique par Haviland & Co. Pour ABRAM FRENCH & CO. Boston & Chicago Included in the service are 21 pieces in total: Six cups, six saucers, six dessert plates, two waste bowls, and one serving platter. Measurements: Cup: 2 1/4 inches tall and 3 1/4 inches in diameter Saucer: 5 1/2 inches in diameter Dessert plate: 7 1/4 inches in diameter Waste bowl: 4 1/2 inches in diameter Serving platter: 13 1/2 inches at the widest, 1 3/4 inches tall All pieces are in great condition with one cup having a small chip along the rim (last picture). All of the other pieces are free from chips, cracks, repairs etc. A few pieces have some minor wear to the gold trim. Please email me with any questions and I will gladly respond!
