This company began making longcase clocks in 1906 and used many different german movements including Herschede, Winterhalder, Urgos, Mauthe, Erhardt Jauch, Gerbruder Jauch, Kieninger, and Hermle, for example and New Haven and Gilbert as well, all quality movements. Colonial Mfg. later owned and expanded to Sligh Furniture another high quality manufacturer. The model number is 1418 branded on the back.
