This auction is for solid, tight, flat, 12 cent cover-price copies of Hawkman #4, & #5 published by DC Comics in Nov. 1964, & Jan., 1965 . I provide supersized pictures so the bidder can get a much closer look at the comics. The scans in this listing are not touched up in any way. My grades on these comics are: #4 is vg, & #5 is vg+. The pages have an OWL (Overstreet Whiteness Level, a scale of 0 to 10) of 8 to 9.5. All covers & inside pages (including centerfolds) are held firmly by their rust-free staples. T is no writing on the covers or inside pages. #4 has slight cover creasing, & blunting with a three eighths inch tear on the bottom of the spine. Although #5 has 2 diagonal corner creases on the front cover, the rest of the comic is so nice, glossy & bright, it easily appears to be vg+, the back cover looks to be about fn/vf.
