Large lid to cover 1 pound ~ Butter Block

Appropriately Embossed on the top of the lid
BUTTER ~ COVER

The butter cover is thick green depression glass.
Nice fluorescence under a black light.
I have arrowed an area, w the inside edge is nicked.
Nicely concealed, when the cover lid is on the tray.
This is the large cover and tray, to hold l pound butter block.
The butter cover lid is 6Â" x 3 Â¾Â" and 2 1/2Â" tall.
When placed on the tray, it would be 3Â" high.
The glass has good clarity.

The dish or tray has a rimmed footed base
with the Hazel Atlas star burst on the bottom side.
The tray does have some little fleabites on the rim and foot.
T are no cracks or chips and the glass has good clarity.
