"HEART & VINE " Offered in Excellent, Undamaged Condition is a BEAUTIFUL, MARIGOLD Carnival Glass Bowl with a 3-in-1 Edge by FENTON in their " HEART & VINE " pattern. Brilliant Teal and Lavender glow on a Golden Marigold base. Most photos are taken under the light of three "Reveal" bulbs with a black background. Photos are taken from different angles to maximize the iridescence and to present the truest display potential. You display your glass indoors so why not see what it will look like. Photos are NEVER manipulated or "adjusted" in any way. I want you to see what I see. I have also added a "see-through" photo taken on a light box to disclose any hidden issues and to show the base glass color. Enjoy, King FOR THOSE OF YOU NEW TO CARNIVAL GLASS... As is normal for Glass of this age, t will be some degree of wear which I will describe if excessive or detrimental to the presentation of the piece. T may be "straw marks", "air bubbles", inclusions (bits of ash or cinder in the glass), "barbs" (sharp points of glass), unformed sawteeth or uneven ruffles on edges, "freckles" of pooled iridescence (usually around an inclusion), lopsidedness, uneven collar bases or feet, "tool marks" (remember, this glass was hand pressed and formed) and other imperfections which were manufacturing norms for the time during which this glass was made. Do not expect modern-day machine-made quality but do expect the beauty of hand-made Carnival Glass. Note the "Freckles" in the center of the bowl - a production issue.
