This dollhouse is in fine condition. I got it from a couple who had gotten it from an elderly friend after they passed away. It was put up for display only, so it is still in fairly 'almost new' shape. During the moving of it one curtain was lost, and one cellar door came off, it is not broke, and I do still have it, three pieces of furniture were also broken: the bed, a table and the hope chest. The bed looks definately fixable to me, and I do have the pieces. The table has a support beam that is missing, but it is still sturdy, and the lid to the hope chest needs someone who knows what they're doing. Also the music device inside the hope chest is not mounted. I went through the furnishings and did not see any other defects. Several of the lots are still in the original bags. I think that everything is I didn't go through every piece ad check, but I know that t is a fairly good sized box filled with furnishings! I was floored by the detail in this set. I have never seen anything like it. Each drawer comes out. The detail is just amazing! By what the book says this is a limited edition with only 2500 worldwide. In the catalog I have with it it says that it was 10 pymnts of ONLY 199.50 each. That's almost 2000.00 worth of house...no wonder the detail is so meticulous!! This item is signed by Charles Wysocki.
