We are elated to have the opportunity to present, for your consideration, this phenomenal heavily carved Victorian Solid Tiger Oak Mirrored Hall Tree with Table Top, Fancy Drawer, and Bottom Shelf (Circa: 1890's). This gorgeous Hall Tree weighs approximately 140 pounds and measures 82 ¾" in height, 40 ½" in width, and 17" in depth. The Table Top on this fabulous Hall Tree measures 37 ½" in width by 16" in depth and the height from the floor to the table top is 30 ¼". The details on this gorgeous piece are spectacular! The heavily carved top is graced with substantial carved winged oak leaves, scrolls, scarves, and vines and four very fancy filigree brass coat/hat hooks. Fancy rope turned posts with elegant bulbous finials grace the sides of the mirror. This fancy rope turned design detail is repeated on both the front and back legs. The area beneath the beveled mirror is adorned with a lovely center shell-carved floral medallion surrounded by oak leaves, scrolls, and scarves. A fabulous carved bulbous fluted front dovetailed top drawer dressed with fancy brass period North Wind Heads provides some storage opportunity as does the bottom shelf. Notice the elegant styled floral carved sconces that grace the sides of this lovely carved bulbous fluted drawer as well as the area above the carved front feet near the bottom shelf.
