Anyone out t in need of a good meat cleaver. I am selling a great one - circa 1880s to early 1910s. I am not sure of the place of manufacture since I could not find any markings on the blade or on the handle. It is a great cleaver, 14 1/2 inches long. It has a hole on the blade so you can hang it up as a decorative item in your kitchen or better yet, you can use it. The blade is a little dull, but it can be easily sharpend. The handle is a beauty. Nice original stain on the wood with a fantastic patina. This is just a choice kithcen item. If it doesn't sell, it just goes back into my kitchen collection. Shipping and handling is $8.00. Foreign bidders are welcome with the shipping costs to be determined at the end of the auction. I am liquidating my collection of antiques which I have collected for over 30 years.
